(2) Rental history for minimum past 2-years with past two contact names for landlords. If you have been a home owner most recently, then we will discuss your ownership history.

(3) Credit scores at 535 or above...no evictions on record (or currently in eviction proceedings), or past due money owed to Landlords (arrangements for owed money can be made...please ask how).

(4) Renters Insurance with minimum of $300,000 liability. This protects you and your personal belongings (the owners homeowner's insurance does not). This costs +/- $125 per year depending on coverage. Consult your insurance agent, or we can provide contacts...a very simple process.

(5) PETS TO DISCUSS (No Cats)
