(3) Credit scores at 535 or above...no evictions on record (or currently in eviction proceedings), or past due money owed to Landlords.

(4) Renters Insurance with minimum of $300,000 liability. This protects you and your personal belongings (the owners homeowner's insurance does not). This costs +/- $125 per year depending on coverage. Consult your insurance agent, or we can provide contacts...a very simple process.
